There seem to be a lot of news stories about "crimes" these days with incomplete story lines

Recommended Posts

Specifically around videos.

So, stories are posted about a possible crime that occurs and videos are used to sway someone in one direction on what happened. But most of the videos start after a great deal of the lead up to some "criminal act" happens. This allows people to fill in the blanks to fit what they want to accuse someone of.

So someone can go up to another person and whack them in the back of the head, then hit record on their phone and video an angry person getting in their face while the guilty person just stands there and says "what, I'm just bird watching" or some other lame excuse.

Then the world goes loony tunes on the angry person and wants them fired from their job or thrown in jail.
