I remember reading that early voting was being expanded, and it would seem that would result in the need for less precincts. As usual, there are three sides to every story. They did it too late to actually have Juneteenth off this year but they will observe it on June 28th this year and then next year it will revert back to the actual day. I'm willing to bet that where you look at the cities with the most crime amongst black people, welfare, unemployment, education problems... they will be in cities that have a political history much like Baltimore, MD. Are Republican cities perfect? Absolutely not. There's scumbags in those areas too... but, there's significantly less.
