The biggest con job is the one where the "generic democrat" like some on this board claim to be, believe that their party isn't socialist.  The politicians hammer the public into thinking that the Republican's are all on the far right and that they're the moderates in order to get elected.  Then, once in office, if you don't move towards socialism, you can't get legislation passed.  You also won't get party support.  This election is proof of that.  A capitalist Democrat can't get elected in HR or Senate elections.  Biden is also proof.  When you go national, you NEED a moderate (on both sides), to win.  Democrats need to wake up before it's too late... and we're getting closer to that with every election.
