More corrupt than Deutsche bank, Ukraine, Cypress or any offshore account. Easier to set up a shell company than get a library card in Delaware. My wife works in corp finance. Maxwell might have a failsafe, that upon death certain information can/could be released. Or maybe they see her threat as minimal, or maybe they know that they cannot get to her right now but want to send a message. It could be that this was a rushed job that was just botched, or maybe they did not use the Clinton kill-team, who knows.... It seems plausible that this woman (Maxwell) might have enough on people to at least cause a problem, if not outright criminal action.
