It seems with the time away from her show, she has had more time to put her foot in her mouth. From comparing being quarantined in her mansion to being in prison to people swapping stories of how she’s notorious for being mean despite her “be kind” agenda, it’s not been the best time for Degeneres publicity-wise. Now, however, she’s under fire for the way she’s treating her crew members who work on The Ellen Degeneres Show. .... Degeneres cited that she was eager to get back to her show because of her staff and crew. “I love them, I miss them, the best thing I can do to support them is to keep the show on the air,” the comedian shared in a recent episode of her show .... The host is doing her show from her house Unfortunately, most crew members only found out that Degeneres was building a home set for her show when she announced it via social media. Furthermore, only four members of the original crew are currently working on the new show. Instead, a new non-union crew was hired to do the technical work that the show requires. Crew members are also upset that none of the higher-ups have been in contact with them. David Letterman, stories of him just like Ellen. During a commercial break, Annie Lennox was his guest. He didn't say anything to her during the breaks. Camera on, acts like they are best friends.
