This is how critical covid will cripple a hospital

Recommended Posts

I had an infection in my abdomen. Came to Er 2 days ago. Had no covid symptoms so I was sent home with antibiotics.

Today I take my temp when I get home, 103.4. 3 or 4 covid symptoms I tell the ER. I will probably spend 3 hours just breathing all over the ER. I wish I didn't need this covid test to go back to work without my gf and I quaranteenining for 14 days. What a joke.

Good man.

Seriously though, hope you’re feeling better and can get back to work soon.

She's hunched over. I would assume a 36 double long if she would sit straight for a minute

Say to her, “Come here often?”

Then show her your hand and say, “I usually come here often” :dunno:

My mom tested positive 2 weeks ago. She’s doing fine, but ended up in the hospital overnight last week when her fever spiked to 103. That’s pretty typical from what I read.

I said shlt because they were discharging me and then said I had to stay because my fever spiked. Sitting in these hospital beds sucks

No covid

Was the test painful? Did it feel like they were sticking that probe into your brain?

Very happy to hear you’ll be with us longer!

Test isn’t painful. Little uncomfortable, but no big deal...unless your a giant puss.

I had it and it is very uncomfortable for 5 seconds, but it is not painful. And yes, I did squint my eyes and nose when they did it. I would be happy never to do it again.

Why’d you get tested? Did you have symptoms?

The first test the nurse did not go deep into my nose. She said it doesn't make sense to have to go far back

I got a second one for a rapid screen, that one was deep. It was uncomfortable but it didn't hurt.

The shot of antibiotic in the arm is way worse than the covid test
