That's nuts.

Doyle and Ebron combined for 197 ppr points (that would be good for TE6 last year, between Andrews and Hooper), and Ebron is no longer there.  They brought in Trey Burton, but he's always hurt (and missing at least the first three weeks already), so he's kind of a non-factor.

And then the Colts got a huge upgrade at QB in the offseason, one that has a habit of targeting his TEs frequently.

There's no way Doyle should be on the waiver wire of any credible 12 team league, especially while Burton is down.

Caveat:  That doesn't necessarily mean that I would drop Hockenson for him before Week 1--since Golladay is down and Amendola is hurting, Hockenson is a great Week 1 play.

I'm just amazed that Doyle is on waivers.
