Herbert looks great...

Nance demonstrating comple anti-Chiefs bias as they go to half... “And that concludes a great half of football...”

Either he expected a KC blow out and is grateful it’s competitive or he wagered heavily on LAC

honestly, I didnt think the kid was ready yet.  I figured they would wait until mid season to try him out.

The question now.... how long to wait before dropping Tyrod.

I have both, but would rather roster just one.

This is Herberts job now and Tyrod shouldn’t even be on a roster if he was starting.

He had a great first game. He made bonehead rookie mistakes that will prob cost them the game. Especially throwing that int rather than running in that easy 1st down when he was already on the move.

Herbert, 300 yards, pushing the Chiefs to OT, if not an upset win in his first game

I don't think Tyrod is starting again

Chest injuries tend to linger.  It wouldn't surprise me if Taylor doesn't get back to 100% at any time this season.

depends on the nature of the injury.   And the team isnt talking.

either way, the kid looks good. another 300 yard game and people will say hes the next franchise QB.

I'm excited.  I got him in my auction draft for super cheap.  if he turns into a player right away I'd be totally happy.

we start 2 QB in that league, so he is now immediately valuable to me.

Man if he had only ran that easy 1st down instead of tossing the int. He was already on the move, the line was right there. He was ready to go though and he impressed vs the best team in the league. He’s even startable in 2QB leagues I’d say.

The chiefs had been game planning for taylor all week, and Herbert presented an entirely different challenge.  Herbert certainly liked good, but it will be interesting to see how he responds when a team has a week of film study and time to game plan against this chargers offense.

This ...

Or maybe Taylor isn’t really that good but they just want the took to have some time to learn the offense
