I'm biased but the Saints have a history of playing shockingly well down an offensive weapon or two. Harris kid is going to make some plays. Him and more Taysom.

Josh Jacobs test tonight. How will he do?

Anyone on the Raiders's +4?

I'm not betting on this game, but I'd be all over the Raiders:

  1. Saints coming off a big divisional win
  2. Thomas hurt
  3. Travelling to Vegas.  Remember when the hockey team showed up in Vegas and were unbeatable at home?  Take a bunch of cooped up young, rich men and drop them in a city that actually has something to do even in covid times?  No way a good percentage of the team wasn't out last night.  Only saving grace is they had time to shake the hang over by game time.
  4. Brees can barely throw an out route these days.  His arm is almost Peyton in Denver weak at this stage of his career.
  5. Home opener in a new stadium for the Raiders?  Emotions should be high.

FYSA, I'm a Saints fan.

I'm facing Kamara tonight with a big lead so 10 TDs seems likely.

🙄

Translation: I'm staying up to watch my ass pounding of my opponent until way after the game.

It seems my stab at E Sanders as my 5th WR coming out of the draft was a waste of hope.

Does anybody feel Cook could have been an elite TE but he's just kinda lazy and does enough to stay relevant. Big games then just vanishes. He just looks sloppy but has the physical skills to kinda override it when he feels like it.

If he were serious about his craft he could be great but he just lollygags on routes which keeps him from being in position. His big games come when the qb scrambles and finds him running a shittty route downfield.

I think the Saints should cover that Waller guy. It's a thought.

If Jacobs stays healthy, he looks like he'll be in contention for the rushing title this year--even though it will take him 457 carries to reach 1600 yards at his current rate of 3.5 ypc.

At his current rate of 26 carries per game, though, he will only have 416 carries on the season.

But how long can he stay healthy at this usage rate of 26 carries +4 receptions = 30 touches per game?

Step up to the sports book at your favorite Las Vegas gaming establishment and place your bets...

No chance of that - I was going against him......

The Raiders really have a lot of receiving options to go with a dominating running game.

23.58 points tonight; 13.56 Week 1--average 18.57--I'm calling it now--Derek Carr finishes as a top 12 fantasy QB.

I really thought the Saints would win this game handily, how wrong I was. As i said in my post, I think Chucky outcoached Peyton. Old school football still works, go figure.

And you can stream him, why bother drafting a Qb.
