They wanted to be present at the passing of the dynasty torch.

I know you're being facetious, but either they can't do sh1t and came here because we have nfl, or there's still a strong following even after the Brady era

And KC becomes only the 4th team to ever play back-to-back Monday Night Football games.

If the Chiefs win, they become the first team in NFL history to start 4-0 in four consecutive years.

If the Pats show weakness this season they'll lose a ton of their bandwagonersĀ

Wow. What a garbage call. Mahomes fumbled. No doubt.

If he didn't it was a pick. Either way.

Yeah. That was crazy. If he pitched it to a chiefs player, I bet it's not called down.

No harm done by the bad call, though. The harm was done by friggin' Hoyer not throwing it away

It was a huge call. The whole thing would have played out differently.

Did Hoyer kill Edelman?

Yeah, the Pats would've kicked a field goal, and left enough time on the clock for KC to march down and kick a field goal. With the blown call, the Pats were able to chew up the clock, andĀ would've tied it if it weren't for Hoyer

I know right? The Chiefs hadĀ been marching up and down the field the whole first half. Those whole 6 points they scored has been devastating to the Pats.

The Pats weren't exactly lighting it up either until that drive.

I don't think anyone said they were.Ā

Anyway, if Hoyer didn't take a completely unforgiveable sack and later a fumble, this game would be way different. Hence, Hoyer benched.Ā

Wow. What a crap out of bounds penalty. KC is the ref's darling today.

The defender blatantly horse collared him

Edelman should be charged with a pick-six

Yep. The guy has been so good over the years, I guess he is allowed a couple mistakes.

Only 2 years in his career he's been under 61 catch %. 2010 and 2011. Otherwise very consistent.Ā

I think this would have be a NE win if Cam was in.

Crybabies.Ā  If the Patriots had scored 40 more, the Chiefs would have just scored 43 more.Ā  They do what they have to do, and seldom much more.Ā  Call it cocky, call it confident, call it what you will, but the Chiefs are about the become the ONLY team in the history of the NFL to start 4 consecutive seasons 4-0.

Think about that.

We're not talking about "the Super Bowl era."Ā  We're talking about ever since there has been an "NFL."Ā  Doesn't matter if they had shorter seasons or fewer teams back then, every teamĀ played the first four games every season since Year 1.

And the Chiefs are the first.Ā  And only.

Dynasty begun.

They could have called it either way. They chose late hit out of bounds

Not a Patriots fan by any means... but Hoyer was absolutely TERRIBLE!!! Sacked twice in FG range,Ā the one right before halftime would have tied the game there! Coach B has cut players for less than that, thinking of some RB that score like 3-4 TDs then slowly got cut years ago...Ā Ā

Ahhh - more "passing of the torch", I see!Ā  The Pats had 20 years of goofy luck, strange bounces, odd rules(tuck) and just about everything else.Ā  Its someone elses turn.Ā  Deal with it. :)

Deal with what? All I cared about was the under and Kelce not scoring 18 points or higher. I was just saying it was a weak call. Which it was.

May be the worst call ever.

There are bad callsĀ  on every team in the league every year. Karma doesn't have anything to do with it.
