It’s nice to have a show where they don’t yell over each other or make ridiculous takes for shock value to get people to keep watching. The opening lady interview was decent, she’s highly partisan, but the Covid stuff and social media was good with her. I thought the panel in particular was good. The Immigration and Israel discussion was interesting. Beto and the woman had good back and forth. Maher typically does a good job of moderating and allowing people to talk. That dude gets really twitchy and his voice, that is already all focked up, gets really weird when he’s stressed or gets pushed back on something. He had some good answers in the interview but also rambled badly and stammered through a couple. Trump is quickly trying to label him very far left to protect his flank in the election and hurt Biden. This will become a bigger thing I am guessing between the two. Smart. Panel guests were the little Ben Shapiro who is a fantastic on a show like this and some black dude who was also good. They had a bunch of good back and forth.
