Sean Mooney 1,184 Posted October 12, 2020 So just 2 things to know going forward: 1.) Mixon is not a set and forget #1. Not quite yet and it's fine to pull him if you think you have a stronger matchup. 2.) I'm not sure you had a stronger matchup and I'm doubtful you would've played Edmonds over him. You will never have two better options on your roster than Mixon (assuming he's playing). Look at this OP--he's loaded with RB talent, and still had no better option than Mixon--who even against a terrible matchup and coming off the injury report still performed about as well as any of them (minus scoring a TD). If Edmonds finishes taking the starting job from Drake he might be a better option on some weeks. Mixon to me is not someone who is a definitive every week.
