At the very least a high ankle sprain

It's a whole lot worse than that

That's why you don't call those plays with a QB when you have two good RBs

His foot spun around and was sitting at a right angle.  Still going with sprain.

Dislocated at the very least, possibly broken, maybe ligament damage.....now I need a QB.......probably cost me this game as well.

Cowboys wrote Cooper out of game plan because he "gave up" on that last death pass that Prescott threw him last week. Blame Amari instead of having Dak admit he never should have thrown it. Unfortunately this is how Karma works.

Might not be useful for too long with Tua coming....

true. Not much in the way of good QBs right now tho. However the owner of Cam dropped him. Maybe he'd be better long run. I may just end up streaming qbs at this point lol

Jesus, guys it wasn't a sprain.   I only saw the back side angle on the replay initially that showed the defender landing on him and it bending.

Sorry I thought it could've been a sprain 30 seconds after it happened.  It's definitely not a sprain.

Poor Dallas.  They refuse to let Dalton throw it and are going to find away to lose this game.

Jerry Jones refused to give Dak a contract and will now say this proves he was right. F*** Jerry. Hope the Cowboys get humiliated every game from here on out.

Wow this is a sad situation.

I hate to see this happen to any player.

And tough one for Dak going forward, I don’t think he’s under contract for next season.

Hes making $31m this year. Plenty of teams need a qb next year. Dallas doesnt seem to have a future qb in house. I think Dak will be more than ok.

If Dalton comes in and looks bad, that'll help Dak.  Of course, if Dalton gives them 90% of what Dak gave them, that'll cost Dak some money.

Depends on how bad the injury is. Surgery could mean significant ligament damage.

Exactly.  You are paid to throw the ball. This is what happens to all QBs eventually when they run. It will bite you in the ass.

Jerry doesn't want him. He's gonna draft his own grandson in 2 years anyway.

I was thinking more along the lines, of how much time Dak might miss.

He could be out into next season.

I just saw the replay- thought his foot was going to come off. Not good

Terrible news.... I traded him this week. The trade took effect before today's games. I feel bad for the other manager. Just really bad luck.

If you feel that had about it, I'm sure he'll give him back to you.

Ha, ha.  That's what you get for turning down JOB SECURITY:

“From what I know of the situation, alright, and I know from some people who are in the know, he’s been offered five years, $175 million,” Simms said on the show. “He wants a four-year deal. If they do agree to a five-year deal, they would like a really big number at the end of that fifth year to cover their butts for what the market might be at the position five years from now. And I’ve heard he’s asking for somewhere like north of $45 million in that fifth year.”

Really? Off the top of my head I can think of several players I'd love to see this happen to.

Myles Garrett, Aaron Rogers, Tyreek HIll, Kareem Hunt, Ryan Tannehill, etc....

Though, Dak wasn't on my list.

Gobble:  so .. what's your beef with Tannehill?

Wasted 7 years as a Dolphin and sent us back to rebuild mode wasting even more years.... basically he flushed a decade of Dolphin football down the toilet.

A bad case of Covid wouldn't be enough compensation.
