Sure does drop, now you have two rb3-4 on the same team.

So...

Does this do anything other than make the rookie no more than a spot starter?

What kind of value does Bell have now?

I would say flex and that's about it, but who knows?

CEH probably has a week or two of his current status, after that it's welcome to the world of "who should I start? CEH or _____ (insert rams, bills, bucs, ravens RB)"

After this weekend, two flex Rbs, with one being worth the flex start, now with luck someone might be able to pick the right one on a weekly bases

Will take Bell a couple weeks to make a serious impact but it hurts Clyde because people paid a first rounder for him. His upside is now RB2 rather than RB1.

We needed the depth.  Wasn't anything behind Clyde.  And just another weapon for Andy to play with.

I think Bell gets the goal line work, he’ll take a bigger bite out of CEH ff production then most think.

I see two rb3es, and very frustrated owners.

I think CEH would be worth trading now, if you own him.

Bell is going to be the Goal Line back. He can also mix in some passing work so this will seriously hurt CEH after Bell is integrated in a week or two.

I'd give that a try, but I don't think any of the team owners in my league are developmentally disabled :)

If you hear a loud crash, it's the CEH hype train completely coming off the rails.

It's really more of a little clink, as his stock really hadn't been all that high after Week 1anyway.  He's failed to reach 100 yards in 3 of his past 4 games, and failed to score any TDs since Week 1.  Even his role in the passing game has gone down as the season has progressed, from 5-6 catches a game to 3 in each of the past two games.

So if you drafted Clyde in the middle of the first round, you were probly already becoming a little disgruntled.  But yeah, now you're screwed.

This is potentially going to be a huge hit to CEH's value.

Bell takes the goal line carries most likely, and he's a big time receiver.

Lol, from some of the trades I’ve seen posted in the other room, I’m not so sure.

Chiefs are on the road the next two weeks--and Buffalo's a potential 2nd loss to bring home with them for their next home game--against the Jets on 11/1.

What do you think the line will be on that game...  Chiefs -35?  What's the all-time record?

Nice.  The Chiefs can shoot for that on 11/1.

I hope this fails miserably and that clown plays himself into 0 offers in 2021.  Jets fans must love this joker

Yup. Once I saw it was down to chiefs and dolphins I went Into overdrive with the negotiation. I felt the clock running Bc there was zero shot he was going dolphins over chiefs. Literal season saving buzzer beater. And I’m not kidding. Deal got done within 5 minutes of lev signing, max

This seems like a move to keep ceh fresh for the playoff run... probably some mediocre starts from here on out, but should pay dividends for the chiefs with a fresh and healthy ceh come January... a bummer for all the ceh owners who were expecting elite production,  but he should still churn out plenty of fantasy points.

I'll add my 2 cents:

I'm in a dynasty league and have had Bell since his rookie year - held him during the holdout and his time with the Jets. Now he's with KC. One thing I've learned is that KC tends to get good production from their backs - Christian Okoye, Marcus Allen, Priest Holmes, Larry Johnson, Jamaal Charles, Kareem Hunt, Damien Williams...and now Leveon Bell?

He's still young-ish at 28 and is as talented as anyone listed above. Even if he splits with CEH I'll take the gamble on Bell. Heck, why wouldn't I after all the crap I held him through.

Non  ppr CEH is 20th in avg per game, he’s been a disappointment for those that drafted him at what was his adp.

I expect for Bell to steal all the goal line att , this even hurting CEH even more.

Heck Bell could even take the lead rb1 role.

I agree with the poster above.

Not saying Priest Holmes 2.0 but Jets were not best fit coming from a well rounded team like Steelers. Head case aside,he's in a great motivation position to establish himself respectfully one again

He knew the Jets were not the best team when he signed ...

Holdout cost him some serious coin.
