JustinCharge 2,397 Posted November 1, 2020 They adjust their menu depending upon the price of beef. For example, they used to sell Angus burgers but we suffered a beef shortage so they junked that from the menu and offered a selection of quarter pounders dolled up with bacon or somesuch. I know rib meat has dropped significantly this year. Perfect time to roll out a rib burger and make more cash. I think it goes something like: 1. Angus beef prices drop? Offer the Angus burger again. 2. Rib prices drop? Roll out the McRib. 3. Beef getting expensive? Roll out the triple cheeseburger and the Mini Big Mac.
