The way I understand it, of the 5 EC votes they have:

• 2 go to the statewide winner
• The other 3 each individually go to the winner of 3 separate districts

If Biden wins, of course there will be this huge upswell of “every state was riggged! Obama did it!” Etc but I want people to know that while it’s fine to say all that, do not expect some kind of miracle lawsuit to reverse the decision, it won’t happen.
