In 2016, Trump ran against 17 republican candidates that you would have probably considered "more sane" and beat them all.  He didn't just beat Hillary, he beat the entire GOP field.

As much as I wanted Trump to win, Rudy G isn't helping.  Also, it's been almost 3 weeks since the election and we've yet to see one shred, one iota of evidence presented to the courts.  I'm not talking about Twitter, Facebook, etc...  Team Trump has keeps telling us they have a "smoking gun" and "just wait, the big one is coming" but have yet to show us anything.  The longer this goes on, the smaller his window gets.  I mean, if he had DE FACTO evidence wouldn't we have seen it by now or at least released some of it to bolster his case with the public?

That's not the case being made. 

Trump's winning case is that we changed election rules for the 2020 cycle to allow greater access to mail-in ballots, and that the rules are too inconsistent and varied to guarantee equal protection.  Therefore, the mail-in ballots should either be thrown out or state legislatures should decide who gets the electors.  Trump does not have to speculate that some states/counties allowed for close inspection of counting and others did not.  Everyone freely admits this, even the democrats. 

Its just a question of how a 6-3 conservative SC rules.

We are simply in a holding pattern waiting for the SC to pick up the case.

Also, there is a chance this doesn't even get resolved before December 14th, and Biden never hits 270 EVs.  The final tally might be 248 to Trump and 244 to Biden and the House elects Trump president.

To me the Georgia recount of paper ballots makes it highly unlikely the Dominion software flipped votes.  That was really my only hope.  If you disagree, explain how the Georgia paper recount does not throw out the idea that the Dominion Software was used to put Biden over the top.

unfortunately, the hand recount also had issues:

1.  the software used to tabulate the hand recount was changed more than a dozen times sine the recount began.

2.  procedures for the recount varied from county to county and even in the same county.

That recount could have been manipulated to generate a similar result to the dominion tabulation.
