Other than instant national lockdown, what happens when Sleepy Joe takes office?

Recommended Posts

Sooo, I just found out our local dance studio is closing indefinitely for the winter.  I'm a professional tap dancer and need to practice for the big show next may.

Performers at my level require a precise, flat, wooden floor to catch that magic.

I'm at a loss.

Never heard of it so I found this:  https://www.cnet.com/news/huawei-mate-40-pro-review-beautiful-phone-but-we-cant-ignore-one-glaring-problem/

The video was impressive.  Looks like a really nice phone.

They make good stuff. I have a huawei laptop. My wife and I both had their phones too. But now without Google services, they're useless.

Honestly I think Trump probably got that one right. Need to play hardball with the chicoms. I'm curious to see if Biden reverses course.

I live in the chinese silicon Valley. Huawei is based just north of here, along with most other Chinese tech firms.
It is a big deal to people around here.

I still don't think he can order a lockdown.

Suggest maybe.

He can’t order a lockdown.  He can order Governor’s of states to order a lockdown or not get Federal money and do so down the line to every community who wants any federal aid.

He will immediately form a commission on reperations for black people.  That has been one of the goals of the democratic party they don't publicize as much.

Give money to colleges to support down and out tenured professors.

Start a war with a 3rd world nation with a vital natural resource.

Tell poor people that jobs are beneath them, then send manufacturing elsewhere.

You know, Obama stuff. But Joe was actually running things according to him.

It depends on who controls the Senate and how far the SC is willing to go to block Biden when people sue everything he does via executive orders.

I’m finding this increasingly amusing , the clinging to who controls this senate.  The uniparty controls this senate when you have senators like Mitt Romney and Sass and Colilins, Rubio and Graham and a few others. Republicans breathe a sigh of relief because a guy like Lyndsey Graham wins his election and McConnell stays as majority leader. Low bar.  If you’re only in it for judges and taxes I guess you could be happy. Maybe. Anything else will favor the left and corporations and banks with this crew. That ain’t MAGA. Half the country voted R and the right is hanging on for dear life.

👍  exactly.

Something needs to be done about EO's.  They don't seem to have teeth.

They’ve grown well beyond their intention, they should be significantly defanged.  And I’m not just saying that because a pinko commie is entering the White House.

The rich get richer, the middle class pays for it, and schools in poor areas still suck. It is Obama’s third term after all.

Joe takes a very long and well deserved nap.

Biden cures cancer, AIDS, Covid19, and halitosis.

Sleepy Joe Vs. Cornpop is slated for a 10 round bare knuckles brawl to the death.

Children from all over the U.S. are invited to the white house to rub the hair on Bidens legs. A sniffing party ensues shortly thereafter.

Kamala asserts her male dominance and Sleepy Joe fades away into some high end old folks home so Kamala can take her rightful seat as the POTUS.

TNG remains breathtakingly beautiful (DUH!)

They still have potatoes on the menu here.  Its part of the breakfast burrito.  Maybe build your Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes?  Wait, building something yourself isn't how a liberal thinks.  You want to have it handed to you or steal it.

The middle class, and poor, did better under Trump than Obama. Not just the rich like Obama. It’s a fact , now you are aware.

They are all easily researched on your google machine. Have any thing to rebut them? Let’s see it.

Also, how did you do the last four years ?

Wow, that's truly overwhelming evidence. One article from 3 years ago and a blog post. Absolute proof that the poor and middle class were in a utopian dream of lavish excess. Thanks for the valuable info.

I did great the last 4 years. So did my wife. I switched companies and got promoted and her small business is going gangbusters. Totally due to Trump of course, nothing to do with working our a$$es off. FYI, I could have become a multi-millionaire last year based completely off of Trump's policies and still wouldn't have voted for him. Some things are more important than my personal balance sheets.

Dementia?  Bailouts for college kids who made poor choices?  Open borders?  Rewriting American history?  :dunno:

So, you can’t rebut it?  Nice work.  Plenty of people in Cuba work their asses off too. They don’t do so hot.  Did you work your ass off before Trump? What line of work are you in?

At this point, cornpop is probably dead.  Since he's a black male in a low income area, I'm sure he had high BP.  He tried to get new insurance, but Trump wouldn't let him with pre-existing conditions.  OMB killed corn pop.

If you're interested in things to come for the rest of you,  Minnesota's governor decreed the following for our state.  All hail Walz!

Walz said the restrictions will go into effect starting Friday, and will last until December 18. He ordered residents not to hold gatherings with people from other households, and said indoor dining will also be halted.

Biden adds "big oil" peeps to his cabinet; despite climate change activists asking him not to.

SHOCKING?!!@##$@

Quote

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. environmental activists are heaping pressure on Democratic president-elect Joe Biden to avoid cabinet appointees with fossil fuel ties, with one group on Tuesday slamming his pick of a congressman who received donations from the oil and gas industry.

The pressure reflects the environmental lobby’s desire to push the incoming administration to take aggressive measures to combat climate change, after outgoing Republican President Donald Trump downplayed global warming and rolled back green regulation hampering the drilling industry.

“Today feels like a betrayal,” said Sunrise Movement president Varshini Prakash, reacting to Biden’s appointment of Cedric Richmond as director of the White House Office of Public Engagement, a role that liaises with outside groups such as activists.

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-climatechange-cabinet-idUSKBN27X320

Cedric Richmond has taken hundreds of thousands from big oil and gas companies over the years.

WAIT....so he's NOT doing what he said he'd do?!

What did he say he would do, that he's not doing?  Cause adding a guy who was part of his election campaign is not unusual.

Richmond, a Louisiana congressman, was a co-chair of Biden’s presidential campaign and, according to Open Secrets which keeps a database of political funding records, has received $340,750 from oil and gas companies since 2007. Richmond did not immediately respond to Reuters’ request for comment.

KamalaToe will reverse that, unless these people want to keep their new gigs. For that she is reversing her decades old position and now they must eat her ass.
