That is pretty much what happened here in GA.   When you move here you have to live here for a year to get in-state tuition.  You should not be able to move here in December to vote in a runoff for an election you were not eligible to vote in when you lived in CA a month earlier.   You already voted for your socialist Senator  there you should not be allowed to come here and vote for another one.

And yet, yesterday (or maybe Wednesday) it was reported that CA didn't lose as much revenue during Covid as previously thought and we have a surplus again. How that happened, I have NO idea. 

IMO, CA is broke. Completely and totally broke, but they are hiding it.

The CA exodus is real. I was talking to a doctor in TX. He just got his real estate credentials. He's getting out of the medical field and going into TX real estate. The housing market sales in TX is red hot with no signs of slowing. It's not just residents either. It's entire companies heading to TX from all over the place. These Dem cities are going to be 3rd world pol pots of shLt.
