I struggle out of the bunker with a wedge, if I go in there tomorrow I am porked.,

1st green, bunker on left.
2nd green bunker on left
3rd green, bunker on left and right.
4th green, bunker on left
5th green, bunker on left and 20 yards right
6th, fairway bunker on right and bunker on left of green
7th, bunker left and right and long
8th green -  no bunker
9th  green bunker in front and bunker on left

In all seriousness, all the geeks should be advising yardage.  Most 7 irons today are lofted at 30-31*, which could be someone's 5 iron depending on the set

I learned to play golf with only a 7 iron.  A neighbor had a green.  I hit that 7 iron pure all the focking time.  7 iron is good for chipping around the green too.  I say go with a 7 iron.

My sensei said to get good with a 9 iron. Then a 7 iron. Then the putter. After that, and only that. He'd teach me the rest.

How much bounce does your sw have? I always tell folks, the poorer the bunker player - the more bounce you need. 

If you really struggle, find one with at least 14* of it.

I literally could not have played any worse. max score for each hole was double par for the hole. 

68 was the highest you could score.

I shot a 60   best score was 47.  The girl scored 59. I should have gone with a hybrid.  

We teed off at 12:50, I was drunk by 1:30. Fireballs were going down like water. ugh

In a par three there is no way to beat 60 year olds who have been golfing for 30+ years. That is their natural distance and they know it. I played a longer course with a couple older dudes and ladies and they nailed every shot 120-140 yards down the fairway. Then straight to the hole easy peasy. No variance. Consistent. Then an up and down like it was nothing. Not sure how they didn't get bored.

Obviously the person that uploaded, didn't do the handicaps.  it is a par 5 from the blues (back 9) did you see the 250 yard par 3? yeah (we hit from ladies tees yesterday)
