I've attempted a couple times when Walmart had them available but of course once I was lucky to hit "Add to Cart" it instantly became "Fock you the bots beat you to it". No biggie. I'll be playing AC Valhalla for quite awhile still and then I'll try and get a PS5 once the madness subsides. What's the first game you're playing on it? Ghosts of Tsushima AC valhalla Madden 21 COD cold war And skyrim. Ive been playing skyrim on my switch and I'm obsessed. I'll have to start all over now. But I'll have mods. Will probably start with valhalla. I absolutely loved AC odyssey, and vikings! I don't have a 4k TV yet. May get one this weekend. I'm hoping I can remote play to my tablet well. Noticed the TV, which I never use, has a burn hole in the screen. Guess some incense got away from me. This would not do. So I bought a 55"4k TV. Finally got everything set up. What a pain in the ass. Sony makes the first two days of owning a console a misery. Make 13 accounts, sync them, download 100 gb of sh!t. Ugh. But it's all amazing now. 4k video is pretty sweet too. There aren't many games at all out there yet that can do this and it still remains to be seen if either console can ever truly deliver that. The Series X, IMO, has the edge since it supports VRR out of the box - supposedly the PS5 will be getting this in the future. If you have an "older" monitor not on HDMI 2.1 (or not HDR) you won't see any of these benefits regardless as HDMI 2.0 cannot support 4k/120. 4k HDR (at 60 frames unless you use VRR) is where these new consoles are really at currently.
