11% of the standard $200 in an auction league would be $22, or about 2-3 times what I would normally consider paying for a TE.

There are going to be a ton of players that are outright going to be cut or traded this offseason. The NFL salary cap is set to be trimmed for the first time in recent history and a lot of teams are going to be forced to make some really tough decisions on some really good players. The Texans can cut JJ watts 17 million dollar salary this year and have a 0 dollar cap hit. He is almost assuredly going to free agency when the numbers come out.
