Trump's 2nd Impeachment

they will win anyways, they have control of the counters and will push for even more mail in voting.  No R is ever going to win

the whole system needs to be destroyed

There are no Rs or Ds. The Social Globalists have won every election since Reagan. Until Trump came along that is. The SGs are taking no more chances, mail in voter fraud is the order of the future.

Trumps a bad MOFU and proves no other President can piss of the establishment like him. I would wear those Impeachments like a badge of honor if I was him.

The timeline shows the storming of the capital began 20 minutes before Trumps speech ended. Food for thought.

That's interesting. Where did you hear this, Can you confirm it?

Trump should be impeached right after Biden, then Harris, then Pelosi.

This. The things Harris and waters said about the blm riots were worse than anything Trump said.

And he's gone in a week. It's moronic political theater.

BLM will, have been bought off. Until the mid terms but then they will concentrate on swing states. No more NYC/ LA. It will be in Ohio, Florida, Georgia.

READ: Letter from House impeachment managers asking Trump to testify

Quote

Dear President Trump,

As you are aware, the United States House of Representatives has approved an article of impeachment against you for incitement of insurrection. See H. Res. 24. The Senate trial for this article of impeachment will begin on Tuesday, February 9, 2021. See S. Res. 16.

Two days ago, you filed an Answer in which you denied many factual allegations set forth in the article of impeachment. You have thus attempted to put critical facts at issue notwithstanding the clear and overwhelming evidence of your constitutional offense. In light of your disputing these factual allegations, I write to invite you to provide testimony under oath, either before or during the Senate impeachment trial, concerning your conduct on January 6, 2021. We would propose that you provide your testimony (of course including cross-examination) as early as Monday, February 8, 2021, and not later than Thursday, February 11, 2021. We would be pleased to arrange such testimony at a mutually convenient time and place.

Presidents Gerald Ford and Bill Clinton both provided testimony while in office—and the Supreme Court held just last year that you were not immune from legal process while serving as President—so there is no doubt that you can testify in these proceedings. Indeed, whereas a sitting President might raise concerns about distraction from their official duties, that concern is obviously inapplicable here. We therefore anticipate your availability to testify.

If you decline this invitation, we reserve any and all rights, including the right to establish at trial that your refusal to testify supports a strong adverse inference regarding your actions (and inaction) on January 6, 2021.

I would request that you respond to this letter by no later than Friday, February 5, 2021 at 5pm. I look forward to your response and to your testimony.

Very truly yours,

Jamie Raskin

Lead Impeachment Manager

Not going to happen, but if it did, would probably rival the Super Bowl for ratings.

What a pathetic dog and pony show.  The lib top brass put the 3rd team on it.  That says how they feel about it.  Jamie Raskin's son kills himself and a few weeks later this guy is impeaching a former President.  He has no shame.

The left will be so happy to finally see Trump out of office. Maybe they can elect creepy joe and kameltoe to take his place.

What virus? :dunno:

Meh, he's got as much dignity as any of those wanting to impeach him.

Although, that's not saying very much.

Trump was a great president. It's amazing how low IQ liberals only look at how a person says something rather than what they actually do.

For years now blowhards from the left criticize Trump for his tweets. For his "orange" color. For his brash communication style. But they could never prove anything bad about the guy. And now that he is out of office, all you libs can do is talk about hating him for nothing that he did wrong. Dude kept his promises for those who voted for him.

You fools keep embarrassing  yourselves without even knowing what you are doing.

You are all like a mouse looking for some cheese in a maze.

It's all political showmanship.

Truth is Congress, the Senate and the President should be focused on the issues at hand that effect the American public.

Whats so funny?

Keep falling for the same crap every time.  Mitch McConnell, Nancy Pelosi, Joe Biden.  Career politicians who know how to play the game and get rich doing it.  Yet you fall for it every single time.

Issues at hand?  Policies weren't part of this election.  Policies were on the furthest burner to the back.

Your average Democrat could not tell you what Biden stands for or wants to do.

The Democrats (smartly) made the election about anything but policy.  The whole election was just one big blm vs proud boys moment.  Covid.  Tax papers.  Racism.

See above. I edited it to provide clarity. They only care about themselves. Don’t think Swamp Drainer was any different.

Why would you spend taxpayer dollars and time to impeach a private citizen from a position he no longer holds?

The whole idea is preposterous.

To prevent him (and possibly others) from holding further office and perhaps some other future benefits. A party of law and order should probably understand that there are consequences of actions.

With that written, I think it is petty (but symbolic of politics today).

Because they can and most of their voters don't care about the presidency.  They got caught up in the joy of hating Trump.  Got upset about issues that were manufactured (some new found racism that apparently wasnt around when Obama was in office)....now its over and most of them don't care or don't even follow along in thr slightest.

Reminds me of all those videos the one guy would make at campuses.  He would read a quote or a policy and not say it was either side and the brainwashed college kids would say how bad it is thinking it was Trump.  When they learned Biden or Kamala said it.  Or that it was a Liberal policy....their faces were priceless each time.  They had nothing to say and felt so dumb.

He did nothing more than Maxime Waters and Chuck Schumer have done.  The people that stormed the Capitol should be arrested.  The people that burn and loot buildings at BLM riots should be arrested.

This nonsense of going after politicians for the acts of others is preposterous.  Did you even watch the Maxime Waters video?  She outright told people to be violent, at least Trump was more measured.   The whole thing is stupid and political showmanship.  Don't fall for it.

Or you know the current VP posting where to go to help fund bail for rioters who were arrested.  You know making violence and misconduct okay since they will help free you.

Which is 10x more inciting violence than anything Trump said.   But you know thats not the narrative the media wants.

BLM and Democratic mayors who let Antifa run the streets for months, normalized political violence.  After months and months when the Right end people decided to take them up on their offer the rules suddenly changed dramatically.

Some people hold so much hatred they can't see the difference between saying "peacefully and patriotically" and "Get out there and draw a crowd and get in their faces and tell them they are not welcome here."

It’s not going to happen though, so that reason is invalid. 45 republicans already said they will not vote to impeach. It’s DOA. And disgusting.

It's insane.  The CURRENT Vice President touted a fund, and helped to get rioters who were arrested for violence this summer get out of jail so they could do it again.

Let that sink in and then think about this thread.

It's maddening.

No one here left leaning...the media...no one acknowledges it as if it didnt happen.  Because they know eventually it will go away.  Trump (to much of his own personality and fault) is a very easy target.  Trump spilling a bottom shelf shot across the bar gets 100x the reaction than Kamala spilling a shot of Remy Martin across the bar.

Instead of every day Liberals like some here acknowledging it and saying thats Fd up and a double standard they ignore it and just go back to beating the Trump drum.
