Who does the NFL want in the superbowl?

Recommended Posts

I'm guessing Bucs (because of Brady) and Chiefs.

I personally want to see the Bills vs. the Bucs. What a great matchup that would be.

I think they want Chiefs and either of the other two.

Yeah, no way they want the Bills in there. But for people who like football, the Bills would be great to watch in my opinion. Complete exciting team on both sides of the ball.

No big market teams left so they want the matchup with the best storylines / most cache. Bills / Bucs. Sad sack Buffalo franchise has an opportunity to win it all vs. one Brady’s chance to win one without Bellichick. This is the matchup I want too.

Before the playoffs started I placed a bet on the Bills to win the SB and another bet for the Bills to beat the Bucs in the SB.  That's what I'll be cheering for but all I really want is just for the Packers not to make it.

At this point I don't think they have a preference,no matter what they're getting a new face young gun vs. a relic.

Based on the officiating to date, have to go with Chiefs and Bucs

That's kind of where I was going with this. Let's see how it plays out on the field.

State Farm is a rip off. Just like the rest, get you in with a cheap rate and then six months later jack it up for no reason.

I don't think the NFL "wants" any particular matchup.  Every scenario has a great story to it.  I don't think any one matchup fails in comparison to the other.

If KC makes it... there's a great story between Mahomes and Rodgers or Brady.

If Buffalo makes it... that same story presents itself with the added caveat of Allen beating out the defending champion to get there.

Both have the Young QB's playing the Old QB's... the passing the torch of sorts.

Aside from the above...

If GB makes it, you have the (possible), league MVP and league great Aaron Rodgers who just had his team draft his replacement in the first round this past draft and have a 2nd year coach.

If TB makes it, you have Tom Brady leaving Bill Belichick to go to a team that hasn't made the playoffs since 2007.

No story is a bad one.  The NFL can't lose with any matchup.

i just hope Brady wins it to shove it up the Hoodie's a$$ - fock him for capitulating to the PC mob by turning down Trump.

i used to have a ton of respect for that curmudgeonly bastid, but he can go fock off now.

GO BUCS!

I would not mind Brady doing that but I hate Antonio Brown.

Sadly, the Bucs only get the one in a couple of weeks. :dunno:

.... as do i, but he behaves for Tom - he's Brady's lil' puppet.

i can stomach him knowing he's subservient to the man who vouched for him.

Andy Reid better hope Mahomes plays and plays well, or he’s going from genius to idiot real quick. He’s always been a bit of an idiot anyway, and for some reason he gets lots of cover.

Nothing more than a few conspiracy theories but I think Brady will be like Peyton Manning and won't win another Super Bowl until his final year.

Manning won by their defense in his last year. His arm was a limp noodle.

Threw 55 TD’s the year before. I say he was hurt.

Could be. But I remember watching him. Ouch. Bad. He still won his second by that awesome D.

Cam Newton helped out a little bit too.
