Vikings4ever 496 Posted January 23, 2021 With a week off for both teams between the conference championships and the Super Bowl, I think the competitive imbalance between the team playing Saturday and the team playing Sunday would be minimal. Put one game on Saturday night, the other on Sunday night.

In fact, the Giants played in the later game on Sunday, in both '86 and '90, according to profootballreference.com.
JustinCharge 2,397 Posted January 23, 2021 An actual game is probably out of the question. A draft lottery where the teams with the top 5 selections randomly draw their draft order in round 1? Sure. New uniform reveals? Sure. New rule changes reveal? Sure.

The Elevator Killer 497 Posted January 25, 2021 With what kind of line up? Are you really going to put Aaron Rogers out on the field for a We're number 3 game?
The Elevator Killer 497 Posted January 25, 2021 If you lose the championship game, players don't want to play for 3rd place. It's been a long season and it's over.
edjr 5,547 Posted January 26, 2021 NFL really should play a 3rd place game this year. Aaron Rodgers needs a chance to finally win something when it matters
