That's awesome.  You can never "replace" a departed dog, you just start a life with another great friend.

My recently departed boy was great. I liked getting a rescue this time and he’s awesome.

Nice!

Good job on getting a rescue. And mutts have fewer health issues than purebreads.

One that won't make you sick?

One that will let you drive your car?

Won't make you feel 3 ft thick?

I have had my puppy for 3 months. She is about 9 months now. Tons of energy.

Tore apart a hibiscus plant that we brought inside for the winter when she got bored last week. Not a good day for her.

Congrats @MDC...  My family just got a rescue pup right after Thanksgiving...  She just turned five months old earlier this week...  I think our 11-year-old dog is finally accepting her into the family...

Hold up. How do we know MDC didn't get these pics off the SPCA website?

Good looking pup. How big are his feet? Gonna be a big boy or what?

I got him from Dallas. :D

He was the runt of his 4-pup litter. No idea how he’ll end up. He looks like a mix of hound, cathoula, beagle and maybe a little pitt. My guess is a medium sized doggie, 40-60 lbs. I live in the city so that’s fine by me!

I’m not a fan of Schnauzers. Really not a fan of small breeds in general. More of a Lab and German Shepherd guy.

That's a good size doggo imo.

You can usually tell by the size of the feet when they're younger. If the feet are proportionate to their size when they're young, odds are they're going to be on the smaller size. If they have big ass clod hoppers when they're small they'll prolly end up on the larger end when they grow up.

I hate dogs.  They are loud, shiot everywhere, smell, need constant attention and tell the cops where my drugs are.

Don't get me wrong, I've had dogs. Last one was a black Lab, her name was Pepper.   However that was when I was a teenager and we had acreage.  Nothing worse than the dude who lives in a townhouse with a big dog and takes it with him to the Brewery.  1. Dogs need room to run  2. Nobody wants to hear your poorly trained dog bark .

I realize its "cool" and all but I'm being honest.
