Girls can never attain one, so they'll never actually be a guy, no matter what the façade shows. Guys could chop it off, if they do... have at it, but they never do. Paige's first name is irrelevant. If she date's a guy, then Tab A will fit Slot B. If she dates a girl, the result is different.
