I manage trucks that pull from a warehouse.   I park my car closest to the door--well one of my own drivers just backed into my car and focked up the trunk----well.

Now of course, right now I wanna fire him.  I mean you should be allowed to wreck the bosses car.  However I most likely won't.  #1 its a union job but besides that, it's an incident.  He will of course be reprimanded etc etc.

However if I did that to the bosses car I might just quit anyway.

If he's a good worker, it's an accident.

If he's a sh1tty worker, he's fired.

You did see how I did get over it right?

I mean if you get happy and elated when someone smashes your car, you're a better person than me.

I was pissed.    Which I will go ahead and rule is ok when someone damages your wheels.

However, as I said..I'm not firing the guy.  Sh!t happens.   Still writing him up though.

On a positive note....Company is paying for the damage.  I will just expense it.   Renting a new Malibu for $15/day as well which is a good rate.

So all in all it could have been worse.
