Almond Breeze unsweetened original is great.  And only 30 calories per serving.  Lasts a long time as well.

I havnt had a glass of milk in well over 10 years. Almond milk is fine and is a good source of vitamin D

Haven't drank Reg Milk in 30 years but did try a glass or two of Almond in between the 30 years and thought it was okay.

Straight almond milk sucks imo. I prefer cashew. I just drink whatever I buy for my son, whole milk. The other stuff isn't worth the extra expense

So after 40 years of drinking milk and eating ice cream I finally realized why I had reflux.  Lactic acid.

Don't get me wrong, I didn't drink milk all that much nor ice cream but when I did I felt it.

Almond milk, unsweetened has all the nutrients one needs without the lactic acid, reason I drink it (on occasion) mostly with a Kashi cereal for breakfast.

Almond milk is thin tasteless garbage. Oat milk on the other hand is real good IMO.

It’s made from oats vs. almonds.

I’m actually not sure if I’ve had oat milk.  Somebody dropped a bazillion dollars on a SB ad so maybe it is good?

I can’t remember the last time I just drank milk straight up; cow or almond or whatever. :dunno:

Texture is like milk, a bit sweet with a bit of oat after taste. Great in my coffee.
