All of the above, plus tennis.  I'll also add gymnastics although you might lump that with olympics (I stumbled on a college gymnastics women's meet the other day, found myself watching it).

Olympics is the only thing I'll go out of my way to watch though.  Like you I'll watch anything in it and enjoy it.

My daughter played SB into HS, and I played BB into college.  Those college SB pitchers throw fast from pretty dang close; I'm not sure I could have hit it well back in my heyday.

Thirded.  We're big softball fans around our house.

Slapping seems to be falling by the wayside a little bit since they changed the in/out of the batter's box rules.  Hotter bats are making it more of a power game as well.

Couple years ago I was watching a bruins game and the announcers were having issues, but they still let the crowd noise come through. it was glorious.

Happy you mentioned MMA. It has to be one the worst woman's sports of all time. They are so pitiful to watch.  Maybe some of the best of the best, fine. But far too often they have women in there that should be in the kitchen
