I use the purple Listerine without alcohol, had it recommended by several health care professionals including today in prep for my chemo.

Brush twice with a Sonicare, once before bed and the other in the morning-ish, whenever I get around to my morning routine which clearly isn’t very routine.  Use the gum picks in the morning and floss at night.  Also use trays with fluoride gel in the evening for about 5-10 minutes, because of the radiation I had in the area.  Frankly I don’t think mine was close enough to my mouth to warrant it, but it has become routine.
