Fair enough. He did play a great role.

This has always bugged me...  Do you misspell damn on purpose or do you think that is how the angered expression is spelled?

Can we say damn without it getting censored? At one time I thought we couldn’t say it which is why I spell it like that. Since we can say it, I’ll spell it right. Was just trying to get around the censors

Cool deal...  I kind of figured that was what it was and I don't remember if damn was ever censored by Mike or not...

I thought at one point it was (probably YEARS ago) which is why I got in the habit of spelling it like that. This is the only place I spell it like that too lol

Thank you Velveeta!  Well it started off BORING and slow, with Not Sure trying to BULLSHIIT everyone with a bunch of smart talk!  "Blah blah blah, you gotta belieeeeeve me!" That part of the trial SUCKED.  But then, the Chief J Justice went off! he said "Man! Whatever! The guy's guilty as shiit! We all know THAT!"

Predicted the Chauvin trial pretty well...

Jackie Gleason as Sheriff Buford T. Justice.

Hard to argue that... Not saying better, but in the conversation -

Robert Shaw (Quint) - Jaws

Anthony Hopkins (Hannibal Lecter) - Silence of the Lambs

Morgan Freeman (Red) - Shawshank

I know this sacrilege, but I've always thought Raging Bull was overrated.

I watched about an hour of it again the other day, still didn't grab me like it does most. :dunno:

I agree. Tried watching it a few times, always ended up bailing.

I think I need to watch Tombstone.  I've always heard good things about but it's just one of those movies I've never gotten around to seeing.

Easy. Ya just don't lead em so much.

There's another line in that movie that @BiffTannen would rank higher. But that one has always been a favorite of mine.

Talk about over-rated.  Kilmer's performance is also hammy and way overdone IMO.

No, it was a line by Animal Mother while the boys were deciding who should fock the whooore first.

ETA: I do like that one, too, though. That door gunner is an underrated character in that movie. He's one of my favorites.

Gunner: "Get some! Get some! Hahaha! Get some! You guys should do a story about me sometime!"

Joker: "Why should we do a story about you?"

Gunner: Cause I'm so focking good! That ain't no Sh!t, either. I done got me 157 dead gooks killed. And 50 water buffalos too! Them are all certified."

Sometimes you just gotta say what the ?

Ya know wiff, this is the1st one that came to mind.

But my all time favorite line in a film is "What I owe you is beyond evaluation". The entire 4 hour film is about that line.

A real woman could stop you from drinking, Arthur.

It'd have to be a real BIG woman.

Arthur:
Do you know what I'm going to do? I'm going to take a bath.

Hobson:
I'll alert the media.

Arthur:
Do you want to run my bath for me?

Hobson:
It's what I live for.
