The cops that should be raising lawsuits are the one's in the cities where they had to deal with firebombers, looters, violent crowds, etc., and their mayors and goverors refused help from Trump and the national guard.

I don't disagree that Portland, Seattle, or Minneapolis police have it just as bad as he did that day, but on a regular basis. Further, the lawsuit is BS and making this much fuss about what transpired that day is ridiculous. His case should be thrown out. I dunno what to think. The media and government refuse to show people being ushered in by police literally holding doors open and waving them in. We also know the FBI was on the ground and they are famous for inciting things.

I believe they’ve explained that she was trying to breach an area where they were actively getting lawmakers out of the building that was under siege and people were going around with zip ties to capture them and wanting to hang them.

I think a fair question is why they had those lawmakers shelter in place rather than leave immediately. If they’d evacuated immediately then maybe that particular tragedy might’ve been avoided. Seems like they wildly underestimated how dangerous the mob would become. But anyway that’d be best answered through a full Commission like your boys voted down for some bizarre focking reason.
