They didn't add all the sex and nudity to GoT just for the show as it was already in the books. Adding it to Tolkien's works just for the show would definitely be out of character with the source material. I'm all about dem tittays in TV shows but this would be a bit much even for me. When I watch marvel shows and movies with my kid I find they could tell the same joke or make the same point without cuse words. Hell Thor 3 talked about having a gangbang.
