Maybe the guy who installed my windows insideout got a job there. Maybe Homer Simpson. They probably stole/downloaded the schematics from a US nuclear plant but didn't fully comprehend what they were looking at and only got it 98% right.

They're completely incompetent. 5,000 years of history, haven't figured out a focking drain. It rained for about an hour today. Not even a hard rain.

My street is 6 inches underwater with a slick of raw sewage on top.

And this city is less than 40 years old.
