Just because their sales are down as a company doesn't mean that seltzers are losing popularity.  More people are drinking them than ever from what I've seen, there are just a lot more options now.  Similar to how craft beer cut into the sales of the big beer corporations.

Corporate America has been trying to foist this crap on us for far too long. Nobody actually likes the stuff. 

The only people who drink it are mindless sheepsters.  Prior to this, they were swilling Topo Chico.

I am fine with them if other people like them.

 

It does not effect my choice of drinks since you cannot get it on tap. I am thankful the IPA faze is finally dieing out because that does effect the beers on tap at restaurants and I am an amber ale and stout fan.
