Can Lawry's Seasoned Salt go bad?

Recommended Posts

I believe it could lose a bit of its flavor but not really “go bad.” Worst case scenario it just might not taste as good

I've eaten and cooked in fire houses for 27 years.  I've eaten plenty of things older than 9 years old. Bon apetit

I haven’t slept for 10 days, because that would be too long.

If I lived in the south I would do what those gangsters did with Britanee Drexel and toss it into and alligator pond.

I just found some in my cupboard.

What say ye?

It’s salt so it doesn’t really go bad. However, the seasoning might not be as potent. I’ve never had any that lasted that long cause I use it for a lot of stuff when I cook and grill out. Especially on steaks.

Na.

If using on BBQ, just do like they do in KC and Georgia - hide it in sauce. 🤣

I have tons of spices and use the ones a fewer years old and they work out good. Like other posters mentioned won't hurt you just might lack some potency.

I partied with the owner last weekend. Great owner, great seasoning.

He lives in AZ?  We love supporting local businesses, especially if they are yummy!

It's $2.28 at Wal-Mart.

Let that guide your decision.

Ha!  It's not the money, you dolts.  I was cooking last night and saw that and thus this thread.  It's been in the trash, since last night.

Upon further investigation, it did look kinda humid clumpy.

No clue but last I read he inherited some money and my guess is that did not end well.

I remember that now.

I bet he lost his "fortune", which prolly amounted to 60K on the legal fees for his son who began producing 3D printed guns on that over-priced printer he was talking about getting him.

Remember when he was hauling his garbage 50 miles away because they raised the rate like two cents?

I miss that focker :(
