That's a good way to put it. And what's really scary is the guy I'm referencing probably had an IQ off the charts. He picked up complex work tasks in like seconds. 

He ultimately left the company to go back to get his masters degree but I can only imagine the amount of damage that guy could do if he stays on the same path.

It’s just strange to me that there aren’t people and scientists trying to do this very thing. Almost like they don’t want to work on a solution. Bottom line in politics. Solving things takes away a voter base. Dems don’t care about climate. Republicans don’t care about the borders. If either side fixed either of those issues they’d lose 10% of their base

For this issue of addressing our impact on the climate, having a cleaner planet, what have you the issue is primarily it is extremely difficult and complex issue. We have a large group of people who don’t care, think it’s made up, think there is no reason to do anything. It is understandably hard to come to a consensus on anything, then there’s actually trying to do something.

The alignment of the planets is one of the causes of Climate Change. We are affected by our proximity to Jupiter. Jupiter’s gravitational pull moves us closer or farther from the sun.

I read a few studies as part of a counter argument and one of the things addressed in it was planet coverage. I would have to search and see what I can find. But I’m in Vegas now

Anyone who has walked through a parking lot in Phoenix at night in summer understands this. Phoenix had a population of 430,000 in 1960. Today the population is 4.7 million and millions of tons of concrete were poured. Phoenix is a heat island.

Which is why the temp is higher now in the same location. Even replacing desert dirt with black asphalt and the avg temp will rise.

A guy replanted the forest acreage that he owned in South America. 20 years later, after the trees had grown up, the temperature there was lower.

Same applies everywhere. Cut down trees, replace with a shopping center and asphalt, the temp rises in that area. Continue building outwards, the temp continues to rise.

I don’t really believe all they say for sure. They are certainly taking steps to produce more renewables though mostly out of self preservation - is nasty over there.

At the least I prefer my air to be cleaner so am for promoting policies in this regard. It will take a long time with a lot of effort.

They will definitely continue to buy and use coal. No one is going to drastically change the way they live or try and slow growth.

Continuing to slowly build up renewable sources is the way to go. Solar where it makes sense, wind where it makes sense, etc.

Paris agreement allows China to increase their carbon emissions until 2030. The United States has to cut emissions between 26 and 28 percent compared with 2005 levels by 2025.

As of 2015 Chinas CO2 emissions were more than twice the emissions of the USA.
