Week 1 Non PPR Flex: Chark Jr - Hardman - Hines

Standard Scoring: 6 points per td & one point per 10 yards rushing/receiving.

I hesitated before deciding on mentioning this, but my league gives points for return yards & TD's.

Chark had 7 kick-off returns in 2018, but hasn't been involved in offensive special teams since.
Researching special-teams depth charts (especially early in the season) is challenging, but as far as I can tell, both Hardman & Hines are still active in that area.

On Ourlads, Hardman is listed as both the kick returner and the punt returner, but Hines is listed as the punt returner only.

The Jaguars are sporting Jamal Agnew as both.

I think I would trust Hines and his big contract over the other two.

Hines is probably the safest floor, but Hardman has most upside given the return yards. Also he's likely to be the WR2 this year (although on that team it may make him no more than the 4th/5th receiving option).
