We've had about 3 inches of rain today in Pearland.  Nothing to see, a summer time thunder storm.

Clearlake area had some storm surge, but even for them this should be a relatively minor flood.

We have a small branch down in our yard, but it is already passed.

 

I have seen more impressive thunderstorms.

We lost a couple of trees on the golf course and a lot a small branches down.  We had 8 inches of rain in 24 hours.  Moved through fairly quickly, not a big deal.
