I don't know.

Mike needs to lighten up with that ban hammer though. Those two should've been bullet proof.

Cowboys/Chargers score:

Refs 20, Fans 0

Do they get paid per flag?

18 penalties combined for both teams for over 150 yards… at the end of the 3rd

They definitely have called more penalties on the Chargers… and they also called an “in the grasp” on Herbert which was nonsense since he was in the middle of throwing, which took them from the 5-yard line to the 25-yard line. It’s lame when close games like this are decided by refs instead of players.

Game over, refs win!

PS - Romo is terrible. The “lovable idiot” shtick only works if you’re lovable. He’s just an idiot.

My betting site needs a option where I can bet in the refs.

Over-under on the penalty count has to be a thing somewhere.

Bills D looks like it did 2 years ago = good thing

Bills O also looks like it did 2 years ago = not such a good thing

Never felt so, I don’t know, incomplete? after a 35-point victory

I wasn’t too happy with the 1st half offense. However, they looked a lot better in the 2nd half. This seemed to me like a good halftime adjustment.

In the Steelers game, it seemed like there was no 2nd-half adjustment by the offense. They figured out that running the ball worked a bit, but Daboll kept insisting on passing despite the pass rush that was bottling Allen up. And all those 4th-down tries in a low-scoring game?

I feel like the Bills will be able to put away average and mediocre teams and rack up some wins. The question is: can they take on the other playoff-caliber teams? So far, it looks like they would be outclassed by them.

Guy spun the ball in cle game and got flagged for taunting...wtf??

That’s the new thing refs are doing this year. I saw a defensive back do the “incomplete” signal with his arms after breaking up a pass. You know, like they have been doing for years… and the ref flagged it. And they talked to the TV announcers about this ahead of time, because they are acting like it’s a good thing instead of the nonsense they know it is.

They were very clear that it would have been called grounding, except the whistle had blown for the sack. But I agree that it wasn't a sack. :dunno:
