HELP ! What can I do about this team (0-2)

Recommended Posts

12man PPR H2H Yahoo league. 1QB, 3WR, 2RB, 1FLEX. 1K, 1DST

I'm 0-2 and lost by 8 and 6 points in each of those games. What trades or starting line up changes can I do to improve. The power rankings and league analyzer has me dead last in my league. I currently 10 out of 12.

My Roster,
QB- Hurts, Cousins
WR- Ridley, Dionte, Julio, Aiyuk, Anderson, Patrick
RB- Chubb, Mixon, Javante, Pollard
TE- Tonyan, Engram
K- Greg Z
D- Steelers

Hope for better luck.

You have a good looking team , and you didn’t lose by much, so I think there is hope.

Rule number one when playing fantasy football on Yahoo.

Never, never, never pay attention to their power rankings.

Your team looks fine, don't panic.

There is nothing wrong with your team really. The only thing you might be able to do is turn like Patrick or something into a slight upgrade at your #3 RB but even that is probably just tinkering with something that doesn't need tinkering.

That's probably a good sign.

Your receivers are pretty weak for having to start at least 3.  For starters I'd drop one of your QBs for the best receiver available.  I assume there are still plenty out there right?

Pollard is a good lottery ticket, but you need a lottery ticket at WR.  Patrick and Anderson are going to be the high floor/low ceiling guys, but I think you need another high ceiling guy.  I'm sure Randale Moore got picked up, but that's the type you need.  The boom or bust guys.  If KJ Osborn or Bryan Edwards type would make me feel better.  You can even swap out Patrick for either of them.
