Because your mind is still in a dream state you see images, shadows walking around and hear things. You try and scream but it just comes out as a mumble if anything. I remember trying to say my wifes name (or whoever geeks mom is next to me) but it just doesn't work. Honestly, I don't even know if I'm making a sound, but I know I am awake. Eventually, my mind says oh sh1t, and puts me back to sleep. I'll wake up 20-30 minutes later and have the total function of my body. It Sucks: 2 out of 10 would not recomend.
