They are comparing this event to “mass shootings” like Columbine. They are nowhere near equivalent. They are the ones with a hypocritical double standard, trying to draw attention to this simply because of the suspect’s skin color.

It is strange though, that this one didn't get the same play in the press that most gun crimes get when perpetrated on school grounds.
