Mahomes 3-3. That's average.

Recommended Posts

This could also be a huge get:

Chris Jones wasn't getting any pressure at DE, but he played more snaps at DT yesterday and you could tell there was a difference from the DL.

Up to now the best bargain in my auction league ($200, 6 pt. TDs) is Wentz, 198 points for $1. Stafford at 242 points for $9 is another good buy. Mahomes at $35 for 226 points not so much.

I'm pretty sure he will turn it around.

though I dont own him in any of my leagues, so a part of me is hoping he doesnt.  but thats just my desire to win speaking.

dude is too good to not figure it out here.   he will be fine.

I wanna bang chris collinsworth.  Run the ball more.  Play Chris Jones inside.

I’m sure there are more appropriate places you can post your feelings about Mr Collinsworth.

Or maybe it's just the Raiders being the Raiders. :bench:

It does make next week vs. the Cowboys more interesting.

I dont know.  I dont think the Cowboys D is elite.

I suspect Mahomes tears em apart.

Going into Week 11, mediocre ol' Mahomes was the leading fantasy scorer among all NFL QBs.

And Hurts still has his job......another blown prediction 🙄

Going into week 11 Mahomes was the only Qb In the top four in points that’s had played in 10 games, he’s fourth of those top four in avg per game points.   Not worthy of a second or third round pick.

give or take a couple of the Ws they may lose, and a L they may win.  We're talking about a 12-5 team.  Chiefs have had the most difficult schedule to start the season of any team by far, and it shows.  Get Frank Clark and Chris Jones and Willie Gay healthy, they've replaced Sorensen with Thornhill already and get Ben Niemann out of the lineup and this team may still end up being the top seed in the AFC when all is said and done.

Bump.

It's not that mahomes has changed, but this D is different.

Look pretty avg Vs a below avg team imo.

KC won’t win another Super Bowl with Mahomes.

We're all experts here right.......lol

Here's my humble opinion of what would help Mahomes/Chiefs. (yeah, I realize they won the game and don't care about FF players)

They need a big possession type receiver. When I think of the prototype for that, Andre Johnson always comes to mind. 6-3, 229lb

I'm guessing they thought they had  that in Josh Gordon, but that certainly isn't working out.

Surprised they didn't make a trade/deal before the deadline. Unless salary cap issues prevented them from doing so.

A competent offense would have beat the Chiefs last night.  It’s a shame Denver puts everything in the hands of Bridgewater. Lock would be better.

Lol right.  You do see my prediction when this thread was posted, right? If I would have been wrong I would have come back to eat crow.  However, doesn't appear that I need to.

Let’s be honest here… mahomes was looking pretty average last night until kelce provided a lot of late yac.  And I believe mahomes will ultimately correct what ails him.

The 100 yards passing in the first quarter didn't impress you huh...  Tough crowd.

I am playing against him in two leagues this week. His pts were modest until late.

How's that 6000/60 prediction working out for you?

mahomes finishes with 410,

8:55 left in the 4th, connects with kelce for a 69 yd play

about 10 min left in OT, he hits kelce for 27 yds

then with 8:45 left in OT he connects with kelce for the 34 yd td

so after 9 min left in the game kelce helps him accumulate 130 yds of those 410

Is 11-4 above average?

I think so.  Three years playing in the league and the guy has won the division every year.
