Guess Herbert is droppable.

It was a nice run, but 1 touch isn't gonna cut it. Not when the other guy is returning from a multi-game injury and is out-touching him 5 to 1.

Nagy strikes again!

Have the Bears ever had a screen play that looked like a well executed screen play?

I'm convinced, the all the coaches need to be fired.

Something about Fields.  Announcers just can't say he made a bad play.  It's the play calling.  It's the receiver.  It's never him though.

I wish Rodgers could "retire" now and then un-retire next week and say he's going to Pittsburgh.

14 to 3 now. Still close to 5 to 1. Not good.

So much for easy him in, just giving him a taste of the action before the bye.

Nagy is a Team Killer.

shlt. They are not calling fouls against pittsburgh. And that TD penalty against the Bears was garbage.

Holy crap. How does this happen?

Well, my sentence, as structured, didn't require one.

Every penalty is against the Bears. Both the late hit on Fields and the blow to the head went without flags.

It is grammatically correct to use a comma before "and" (and other coordinating conjunctions such as "but", "or", "nor") only when it splits two independent clauses (i.e. if you remove the "and" you will be left with two complete sentences), or if you're using it as an Oxford comma.

If you mean that run to the right in the first half, Fields turned up field and lowered his shoulder as he neared the sideline. He affirmed himself as a runner, not a QB heading out of bounds.

I don't wish to get into a grammar showdown with you, but please trust me, your above quote is considered old-school.

No one fights the Oxford comma fight like me, but the rest of that "rule" is so 1980s!

Second half late hit on the QB that the broadcast announcers talked about being missed. Along with the penalty called on the Bears oline for blocking low inside the TE box which the announcers were saying was completely wrong.

Along with the hit to the head the Steelers had on Fields.

Anyway. Whatever.

I haven't watched 4 NFL games all year. So Montgomery was out those 4 games & Herbert looked pretty good..... so what ?

Tonight, at least to this point, Montgomery is the better back.

I feel for that Marsh guy. I've liked him as a player. That was pretty rough.

Good to see the NFL is a game of fractions much like my fantasy season so far. The difference between a win and a loss is thisclose!
