WR2: J. Palmer, or hit the WW

Recommended Posts

Full-point PPR.  My WR2s are M. Evans (hammy & COVID), and J. Palmer (unsure about M. Williams and J. Guyton - both COVID).  There are some options on the waiver wire - which I'll get to.  I'm thinking of dropping J. Palmer for one .. and I also might drop M. Evans for another option - don't need him after this week, if he's OUT.  WW candidates:

1. TB WR B. Perriman, @ NYJ: also a "revenge game" (was with NYJ last year);

2.  GB WRs MVS or Allen Lazard, H. vs. MIN: MVS has "blown up" in 2 of last 4 meetings; Lazard more consistent;

3.  BUF WR5 I. McKenzie, H., ATL: but .. my WR1 is Diggs; will definitely consider if both Beasley and Davis are still OUT w/ COVID;

4.  LVR WR Z. Jones @ IND: only if Waller is still OUT;

5.  KC WR B. Pringle, @ CIN: likely a shoot out, did he establish himself last week as finally filling KC's WR2 role?;

6.  HOU WR N. Collins, @ SF: only is Cooks is still OUT.

Weepaws: I'm L-O-W on FAAB, and I need to replace J-Rob ($20 on Ogunbowale).  I bid $2 each for Perriman (2nd) and Lazard (1st choice), dropping NYJ RB2 T. Coleman.

I am in a very similar situation so I am curious who you would pick for me. Except mine is non ppr. I would go MVS. It's close with Perriman but Evans looks to be back and u can run on NY. I feel like MVS has great games against Minnesota and they will still throw. Best of luck! Please see mine. Thanks.

Evans might be playing, but sounds like AB might not be, I’m sticking with Perriman.

Update 2: During waivers, someone dropped NYJ WR B. Berrios.  I believe he is the ONLY decent NYJ WR playing (also K. Cole and D. Mims).  I'm in a full-point PPR League, so 5 for 50 "works for me."  The thing is - NYJ QB threw for a whopping 102 yards last week, against JAX's DEF..  😟

Other options for my WR2 are in the original posting - narrowed down to a likely hobbled TB WR M. Evans, or a dart-throw GB WR MVS.

Also: I might jump on TB WR B. Perriman if both TB WR AB and M. Evans are out at 11:30ish.
