Restricting Voter Access

Well, that is happening and will increase in the next decade.

The Democrats never look at the bigger picture, they are power-hungry and as such take actions that might deliver an immediate gratification but do not hearken to a longer term plan.

They gleefully rake in illegal immigrants from our southern neighbors and assume that these people will be Democrat voters, and they may be correct in the short term.  But this assumption lumps them in with African Americans.  This is a mistake.

Hispanics are hard workers, who value education and overcoming.  They will acquire wealth.  When they do they will turn on the Democrats quickly. The Democrats are building the basis for the eventual elimination of their party. We will one day have a three-party system that includes Republicans and Libertarians will be the two main, with Democrats falling into a third spot.

Republicans will likely be dominated by those of European descent, Libertarians by Hispanics and then the Democrats will hold the majority of AA's, socialists, and self-hating whites.

Cuban's pretty much voted Republican by a large amount.  Mexican's favored Republican's, but not overwhelmingly.  Puerto Ricans have favored Democrats.  I don't think that's really who the Democrats are targeting.  I think they're trying to target the new illegal's and the European's here on work visa's who are working for Big Tech and alike.  I think they're the biggest needle movers because they live in the larger cities and neighboring towns.  I don't think they care at all about the illegal farm workers because the states control voting, not the federal government.  If states like Florida and Texas don't want to allow non-citizens to vote, then the Feds can't stop them.  The Constitution only says that states can not restrict "citizens" based on race, religion, gender, and age.

Currently I think no states allow non citizen's to vote unless they want to cheat.

Her entire life. The chick isn't even through college yet and says this. Forget the hunger strike, she should step in front of a speeding bus.

I like the line, "Now that the holidays are over.", because this "broken democracy" was not going to get in the way of her Christmas ham. :nono:

"We’re prepared to hold out indefinitely now that the holidays are over," Leila Winbury, a junior at Arizona State University, told Fox News Digital. "I have seen the consequences of a broken democracy my entire life, so we're willing to suffer the consequences of hunger striking rather than the consequences of the bill not passing."

If I were a Republican Congressman, I'd walk by these people eating a sandwich and ask them if they were hungry.  I'd then say, "So, how do you all feel about the Cardinals chances in the playoffs?"  Then I'd say, "You know what sucks, I'm here... which means I can't vote for the bill you want passed.  Doesn't that suck?"  Then I'd take another bite of my sandwich.

Exactly.  Voting rights are soooo important, yet... not as important as the holiday's.  Gotta love stupid liberals.

They should film a man vs food eating contest right next to them.

And if there are any medical problems that arise from this, they should not be attended to by any medical professionals.

The man vs food would be hilarious.

I'm fine with medical professionals being there as long as no public funding is spent for them being there or the treatment that's provided.

As a bonus hopefully they eat nice rare steak in front of them, because there is a very high probability that these brave activists are annoying vegans on top of being retarded libs.

I find it odd that liberals champion vaccination proof for employment etc, but oppose it for voting.

Vaccination status won’t matter when we move entirely to mail in and online voting.

Its the only safe way.

😆  Yeah, that will be great.

What what you wish for.  If liberals can cheat through these means, I am pretty sure others can as well.  History has shown that politicians are not above cheating. And with the radicalization of the left we can see that they can easily justify (for themselves) cheating as a moral imperative.

It might backfire.  And as they lose the Hispanic vote more and more, their level of desperation will increase. And we know that China, Russia and others are not above influencing our elections.

C'mon man!  Fraud only matters when it is "widespread".  Just like COVID only impacts businesses with 100 or more employees, there is a magic number where fraud goes from no biggie to a huge concern. :dunno:

Not sure that is the delimiter..... the notion of fraud in 2016 caused four years of fake investigations.... and yet when a Democrat was elected...no investigations despite similar mentions of fraud.... 🤔

Almost as if the ideology of those elected mattered more than any actual fraud itself.

Where all these people who are eligible (over 18), who want to vote but can’t?  Wouldn’t Democrats have them front and center, on talk shows….news….?

Democrats are the original racists, and that continues to this day where they assume that African Americans are too stupid to learn like other people so we have to modify how we teach, and then they are too incapable of adhering to simple rules and laws so we have to lower standards, and then they are too inept to have a form of ID so we should not expect that of them because they are just too incapable.

Just more racism from the party of racist.

Providing a valid ID to vote is not restrictive to anyone and it most certainly is not racist. If you think it is you’re an idiot. If they restricted who could have the ID then that could be racist. No such restrictions are in place.

Just want to reiterate that requiring an ID to vote isn’t racist, and if you let that thought into your brain and considered it for even a moment, you need to do some self evaluation and question what exactly you won’t fall for.

Seriously. He's trying too hard. All that dumb pedophile needed to do is hold status quo. That's it. Just support what was already put in place.

But no. He needed to rewrite a great novel into a terrible soap opera where everyone loses. Focking assh0le. I gotta admit, if he died tomorrow, I would say good riddance.  Then go after that hooker retard level IQ kameltoe.

Day 2 and they're "suffering" already.

HUNGER STRIKE DAY 2: Strikers begin to feel health consequences, remain committed

Hunger strikers for voting rights legislation began to feel the health consequences on the second day of their strike outside the U.S. Capitol, but remained committed.

"I'm feeling very tired, cold and hungry, obviously, but committed to being here," Un-PAC co-founder Shana Gallagher told Fox News Digital. Gallagher said she's also "having trouble sleeping" and experiencing "really bad" headaches.

West Virginia graduate student Dominic DiChiacchio said "the hunger is starting, but it's still so early, so the morale is still really high."

One of the around 40 youth hunger strikers had to leave to see a doctor after feeling lightheaded, but everyone else remained okay, Gallagher told Fox News Digital. The group has their vitals checked twice daily.

The youth activists are planning to strike indefinitely unless voting rights legislation passes the Senate. But after Sen. Kyrsten Sinema reaffirmed that she would not vote to remove the filibuster, which would have meant the upper chamber only needed a simply majority to pass the voting rights bills, the legislation appears to have no immediate path forward.

...

"It's urgent we need to get this passed. I mean, that's why we're putting our bodies on the line out here in the cold, starving, the hunger pains, the mental pains, the mental fog. That's nothing compared to losing our democracy," DiChiacchio said.

Blah blah blah....

The fact that an ID from a state college is not acceptable for voting, while a concealed carry gun permit is (in Texas and Tennessee) tells you ALL you need to know about the true purpose of the voter ID laws. Interestingly enough, ID requirements are actually supported by many Democrats if there is a fair standard for them.

If you really want to get into the weeds on the discriminatory effects of some voter ID laws, you can read this study by political scientists from 4 universities.

Foreign students get college id’s. I guess they can use that to vote then. So a private college can give out an ID that’s good enough to vote now? How about the NRA ? Can we use an NRA membership card to vote too?

Gym membership, Triple A, Kohl's credit card, Whole Foods customer membership card? Why not? Those prove a lot.

It’s funny, when it comes to people that have suffered injustice in the criminal justice system , we hear their stories, there are news reports and documentaries.  There is no doubt these people exist, it’s just a matter of peoples opinion if they actually suffered an injustice. They even get some sort of justice based on the case being shown to the public sometimes. Yet we never see people, actual people, being presented to us that had their voting rights denied. Where are they? Imagine being able to restore someone’s rights by filling out a form and paying a small fee? That’s a lot easier than petitioning the courts for a retrial.  Amazing they can do one and not the other. Raise millions to get convicted criminals another shot? Sure.  Raise thousands to get people ID? Can’t be done. GTFO.

Not one example of voter suppression in the article.

The democrats are suppressing voter rights by allowing foreigners to vote in city elections in New York City.  That robs the citizens of actual voting power.

The final outcome of this bill will enable anyone to walk across our open border and vote even if it is days after Election Day. Of course the term Election Day will become obsolete in America.
