Is that what is going on in your pants?

You seem to be against the greatest run the stock market has ever seen.

Why do you hate America?  Heck your master talked about the stock market non-stop before he crashed it.

He bullied the Fed in "booming" times in 2019 to lower rates.

How'd that work out boyo?

It staved off a recession due to covid, so I'd say it worked out okay.

WTF?

Lowering rates during "booming" economic times is a good thing?

And staved off a recession?  Do you remember 2020?  The Fed had no rates to lower to help 2020, it actually made things worse and led in part to the inflation that Biden and the Fed crushed.

Treat this thread as the stock thread.

DJT is crashing as expected however with these types of meme stocks for people that like to gamble.

It should be worth like 2 bucks but there should be some big swings up and down on the way there if people want to try and grab the falling knife with the opportunity to make 10% in a day.

This had been a historic run up and is great example that is probably best for most to factor your age and risk factors then set it and forget it.

If you thought “Biden is going to crash the stock market” you would have missed out and cost your future self a shet load of money.

Anyone who thinks the president matters should not be investing in the stock market.

Tech earnings coming in over next couple weeks. Hello GOOG That’s how you run your shet boys!!!

I've been accumulating small lots on weak days over the past 1.5 years. They hit it out of the park. The dividend is icing on the cake.

AAPL earnings in a few minutes. The days of some crazy swing for them are probably in the mirror for awhile. Hopefully nothing wild and a nice modest bump. Expecting a miss and a couple points drop though.

Something tells me this thread will only get bumped by someone else when there’s the inevitable giant sell off coming 😂

I remember you being in here a few weeks ago when it was going down every day. And didn’t you say you were moving into safety? You’re so lame and uninteresting.  Even that retard Boyo is more interesting.

How many poor people does this help? :dunno:

Everyone knows that people with money, for the most part are doing fine right now.

I moved some into safer areas. Majority is still in the market.

If they go down I will buy up some discounts but will still be hurt.

Why wouldn’t I want these to go up?

Trickle down something something.

I prefer them to go up. Why wouldn’t we celebrate this.

I pay my taxes, I vote for stuff to help out poor people, my property taxes go up to pay for stuff every year. I’m only one man here!

You should be regularly rebalancing into bonds on a "historic" run up.  Doesn't sound like you have a set asset allocation, you should do that.  That way what you're describing above takes care of itself. You can stop thinking about it as being hurt rather just part of the process.

I think I am doing this. I rebalance into safer options periodically. Perhaps not as systematically as you describe. I’m probably buying and selling in stocks of companies I have followed forever more than I should be but I do like the gambling component.

The wife just puts money into funds every pay period and they have some option that she pays a bit of a premium and they do all the rebalancing by age and some other factors.

I beat her some years and some years I don’t.

I bet if you just read All About Asset Allocation by Richard Ferri you'd be able to beat your wife 85% of the time.  Especially with her paying high expense ratios.

I like the sound of that. She’s a sore winner 😂

Hey there NVDA

I know the split means nothing, but I always like when they do that since there is a population of investors that just prefer buying stock at a lower price point.

It's coming and in 2025. Cannot be stopped from happening.  They will blame Trump.
