Djgb13 2,338 Posted January 13, 2022 It’s going to be a cold day and weekend. Possibly be snowed in. You’ll be inside and the stores are going to be closed. What soup/stew is your favorite to have in these types of situations?

KSB2424 3,082 Posted January 14, 2022 My wife started making a White Chicken Chili this fall. It's amazing, and I don't know what all is in it but shredded chicken, white beans of some sort, corn, onions, green chilies, seasoning like cumin and cilantro. Maybe chicken broth as the base. ETA: She is sitting right beside me and said some cream cheese and whole milk to to thicken. There are prolly multiple recipes but I'm a big fan.

My wife and her parents had never had it before. Made it for my wife a few years back and now she likes it better than regular chili. I usually highly recommend it to ppl but I’m wanting to make something different this weekend beside that, regular chili, or homemade chicken soup
